Obama Strikes Back at Russia for Election Hacking

John P. Carlin, Chair of Morrison & Foerster's Global Risk + Crisis Management group, spoke to The New York Times about Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

He called the Obama administration’s sanctions a “significant step that is consistent with a new model: When you violate norms of behavior in this space, we can figure out who did it and we can impose consequences.”
