Rick Fischer, senior partner in Morrison & Foerster’s Financial Services Group, commented on what might happen to CFPB Director Cordray once President-elect Donald Trump takes office in the article “Trump and Cordray: Five Scenarios for the CFPB,” published by Bloomberg BNA Banking Report on January 16, 2017.
