Skadden and Morrison & Foerster advise on Intel/Mobileye

U.S. chip manufacturer Intel is set to acquire Mobileye, an Israeli manufacturer of automated driving systems, in a $15.3 billion deal announced by the companies on March 13th, 2017.

Morrison & Foerster associate Kerry Jones, alongside partners David Meyer and Tom McQuail, comprise the core Antitrust team advising Mobileye in the acquisition. 

The Mobileye deal represents Intel’s largest acquisition since it bought microchip company Altera for $16.7 billion in June of 2015.
