MoFo Advises Ciber on Sale of Infor Division

Morrison & Foerster steered Ciber, a global information technology consulting services company, through the transfer of its Infor practice to Infor, which provides software and business applications for the cloud.

Based in Denver, Colorado, Ciber trades on the New York Stock Exchange. The Infor practice consists of implementation, integration, and upgrade services for customers throughout North America and in Europe.
