Morrison & Foerster partner Jeffrey A. Chester was quoted in the Wind Power Monthly article “Cheap power, brutal competition” to forecast how commercial and industrial buyers could act on the wind power market. “At current prices, I would think utilities and corporates would want to buy as much wind as they can get their hands on,” he said.
