Access to Justice Commission Honors Morrison & Foerster Foundation

On April 26, The Morrison & Foerster Foundation was honored by the District of Columbia Access to Justice Commission for our donations to the Raising the Bar in D.C. campaign. The Morrison & Foerster Foundation joined 47 firms in their collective donation of $5.5 million to the campaign, which focuses on enhancing civil legal services to the area.

Catherine E. Lhamon, chair of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, praised participating firms for “making real the promise of our justice system.”

Since the launch of the Raising the Bar campaign in 2010, participating firms have donated more than $26 million to legal services providers in the Washington, D.C. area.
