The National Law Journal Names Diana Kruze Intellectual Property Trailblazer

07 Jul 2017

The National Law Journal honored San Francisco partner Diana Kruze as an Intellectual Property Trailblazer for 2017. Diana was one of 49 lawyers nationwide selected for their accomplishments in patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

In addition to being part of the team that delivered a victory in Phoenix v. VMWare in June 2017, Diana is a consummate advocate for young intellectual property lawyers. For example, she is actively involved in the San Francisco Bar Association where she is petitioning the local judiciary to adopt rule changes to encourage young lawyers to get more speaking experience. She also helped organize a Women's IP trial training day to give young women lawyers experience in openings and various related areas.

This is the first year Diana has received this honor from NLJ.
