MoFo Advises Bluerock Special Committee on Internalization Transaction

Morrison & Foerster LLP acted as legal advisor to the Special Committee of the board of directors in connection with Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc.’s (NYSE: BRG) agreement to internalize the external management functions currently performed by BRG Manager, LLC. The transaction was negotiated and approved by a special committee comprised entirely of independent and disinterested members of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Bluerock Residential Growth REIT is a real estate investment trust that focuses on acquiring a diversified portfolio of well-located, institutional-quality apartment properties in U.S. growth markets.
