Morrison & Foerster Advises ManTech on $180M Acquisition of InfoZen

Morrison & Foerster LLP is advising ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq: MANT) on its $180 million cash acquisition of InfoZen, a leading IT solutions provider with domain expertise in modernization, agile/DevOps software development, cloud migration, and threat monitoring and assessment capabilities in support of national and homeland security missions. ManTech provides innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs for the intelligence community.

The acquisition is subject to various closing conditions and approvals, including approval under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and is expected to be completed in October 2017.

The Morrison & Foerster team is being led by Northern Virginia partner Lawrence Yanowitch, co-chair of the firm’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group, and includes corporate of counsel Daniel Max and associate Christina Valencia.
