Feds Likely To Give Menendez Trial Another Shot, Attys Say

Despite the mistrial in Senator Bob Menendez’s bribery trial, partner Carrie H. Cohen believes prosecutors will ask for a new trial date in the near future.

“There’s nothing about a hung jury that would make the prosecutors…question their initial decision that they had proof beyond a reasonable doubt that those individuals committed the charged crimes,” she said in the Law360 article “Feds Likely To Give Menendez Trial Another Shot, Attys Say.”
