Here's Why TVEyes Wasn't Fair Use

According to partner J. Alexander Lawrence in the Law360 article “Here's Why TVEyes Wasn't Fair Use,” there are key differences between TVEyes and Google Books which led the Second Circuit to issue different rulings in each of their cases.

“There are a number of distinguishing characteristics between Google Books and TVEyes which suggests that perhaps this is nothing more than TVEyes going too far,” he said.
