The trade secrets battle between Silicon Valley giants Uber and Google spin-off Waymo was recently settled on the fifth day of jury trial. The case was tried before the Honorable Judge William Alsup in the Northern District of California. The settlement is a positive outcome for Uber that allows its engineers to continue to develop autonomous vehicles.
