  • Government Contracting: Daniel Chudd (Northern Virginia)

  • Emerging Topic: Artificial Intelligence: John Delaney (New York)
  • Finance & Banking: Obrea Poindexter (Washington, D.C.) and Oliver Ireland (Washington, D.C.)

In addition, Morrison & Foerster was recognized as having one of the most popular articles on the subject of product liability in 2017. The article, “Ninth Circuit Affirms No Private Right of Action to Enforce Lack of Substantiation Claims in SeroVital False Advertising Class Action Case,” was written by San Francisco Associate, Lucía Roibal.
