Morrison & Foerster represented InstarAGF Asset Management, an infrastructure private equity fund in connection with its leveraged buyout of 100% of AMPORTS, Inc., a premiere automotive port logistics and processing company based in Jacksonville, Florida, from Lincolnshire Management, Inc., a New York private equity fund.

The MoFo team is being led by Jonathan Melmed, New York corporate partner and co-chair of the firm’s Global Private Equity Buyouts and Global Energy & Infrastructure practices, and supported by, among others, New York M&A, private equity, infrastructure of counsel Adam Hankiss.
