Ex-Nortel Execs Beat Long-Simmering Securities Fraud Suit

Almost 10 years after top executives of bankrupt telecom giant Nortel were hit with a proposed shareholder class action, the case concluded with the dismissal of all claims against the defendants. A Morrison & Foerster team including Joel C. Haims, Jamie A. Levitt, James J. Beha II, Christina L. Golden, and Lauren Gambier represented the defendants, former Nortel CEO Mike Zafirovski and CFO Pavi Binning.
