20 Sep 2018

Palo Alto partner Catherine Polizzi was inducted to the LMG Life Sciences Hall of Fame on September 12, 2018, for her exceptional achievements in the life sciences field.

Each year, top life sciences attorneys from across the U.S. are selected based on a survey conducted for the annual edition of LMG Life Sciences. The survey weighs feedback from peers, clients, firms, and publicly available information.

This year’s Hall of Fame designation marks the third recognition for Dr. Polizzi from Legal Media Group, a market-leading research and publishing firm for the legal community. She was named Patent Strategy & Management Attorney of the Year – California in 2017, received the 2013 Americas Women in Business Law Award for best in life sciences, and has earned the rank of Life Sciences Star every year, from 2012-2017.

Dr. Polizzi is engaged in some of the most high-profile, complex matters in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Her innovative work in IP strategy, portfolio development, risk management, and acquisitions has helped companies with multibillion dollar portfolios develop and protect life-saving therapies, breakthrough drugs, and novel technologies.
