On October 30, the results of ChIPs’ Inclusion Blueprint Survey were released, naming Morrison & Foerster among the top-scoring firms on its 2018 Honor Roll. In a joint effort with Diversity Lab, the ChIPs Inclusion Blueprint Survey measures gender diversity in law firms, including leadership, to ensure equity and transparency in the advancement of women in the field, particularly in the IP arena.
This great honor indicates the firm’s commitment to providing fair and transparent advancement policies, compensation, and equitable access to opportunities, among other initiatives. Morrison & Foerster ranked highly in gender representation in leadership, as well as inclusion activities and policies at the leadership level and within the IP space.
The Inclusion Blueprint Survey was distributed by invitation only to 59 law firms, many in the AmLaw 200, and consisted of 46 questions. The top 10 firms on the ChIPs Honor Roll scored between 36 – 39.5 points out of a possible 46.
