A Morrison & Foerster appellate team, led by Joseph Palmore, and including associate Michael Qian, filed the amicus brief opposing the Trump Administration’s attempt to invalidate the ACA. The ruling is being appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
