Cybersecurity Docket Names Miriam Wugmeister to “Incident Response 30" List
Cybersecurity Docket named Morrison & Foerster partner and Global Privacy and Data Security Group co-chair Miriam Wugmeister to its “Incident Response 30” list. The full list of honorees was announced on April 10, 2019, during the Incident Response Forum 2019 in Washington, D.C.
The list recognizes the 30 best and brightest data breach response lawyers who have emerged as critical players during the aftermath of a data security incident. Miriam was nominated by a panel of attorneys and other professionals for her practical, smart approach to helping clients across the globe confront their most difficult privacy challenges.
Over the last few years, she has taken the lead in several of the largest and most noteworthy data security incidents. She is also at the top of her game when it comes to advising organizations on the planning and execution of complex global compliance efforts, assisting in the negotiation of strategic deals, and defending regulatory and litigation matters in the U.S. and internationally.
