Morrison & Foerster partner Shirin Tang is featured in The Business Times article “Law Firm Morrison & Foerster Names Shirin Tang Managing Partner of Singapore Office.” Ms. Tang, who has been a partner at the firm for five years and specializes in private equity and M&A transactions, succeeds Eric Piesner and Paul McKenzie as managing partner of the firm’s Singapore office, effective June 1, 2019.

Ms. Tang’s practice focuses on the technology and real estate sectors, and she also counsels clients in Asia on public and private company investments in the U.S. In addition, Ms. Tang serves on Morrison & Foerster’s women’s strategy committee, which prioritizes the advancement of women in the legal profession.
