Morrison & Foerster Busy with New Managing Partner, Asia Hires

Morrison & Foerster named Shirin Tang, a partner in the firm’s corporate department, as managing partner of its Singapore office, effective from 1 June. The firm also announced that Huang Ke, Li Ruomu, and Lucy (Qiong) Lu have joined as partners. Huang joins the Hong Kong office in its capital markets practice, while Li and Lu both join the firm’s corporate practice, and are based in the Shanghai and Beijing offices, respectively.
