  • Shirin has over 16 years of experience in private equity and M&A transactions in the United States, Southeast Asia, and China and has a strong market reputation for complex and innovative deals, with a particular focus on club/consortium transactions. Over the past few years, Shirin has led a number of award-winning transactions, with deal values in excess of US$1 billion each and US$30 billion in total.
  •  As a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, Yuka has vast experience representing clients in U.S. federal courts, the International Trade Commission, and in Japanese courts, and often manages global strategy in cases spanning multiple jurisdictions. Her cases have involved a wide range of technologies, including computer hardware and software, communications networks, automotive components, semiconductor devices, and medical devices.

Morrison & Foerster has long championed the advancement of women within the legal profession, and this recognition shines light on our efforts.
