Morrison & Foerster advised Dolphin Entertainment, a leading independent entertainment marketing and premium content development company, in its acquisition of music and entertainment industry PR heavyweight Shore Fire Media. The deal was announced on December 3, 2019, and was covered by top trade publications, including Variety, which reported MoFo’s role in the deal in “Top Music PR Firm Shore Fire Media Acquired by Dolphin Entertainment.”
As reported by Variety, the acquisition is a major expansion of Dolphin Entertainment’s entertainment-marketing capabilities, with Shore Fire joining 42West, The Door, and Viewpoint Creative in Dolphin’s entertainment publicity and marketing group.
The MoFo deal team was led by Miami corporate partner Randy Bullard and included associates Astrid Menendez and Ana Beatriz Llerena.
