MoFo Advises SoftBank on Investment in Brazil’s Buser

Morrison & Foerster advised SoftBank in connection with a Series B financing round in Buser, a Brazilian intercity bus charter marketplace.

Buser is a mobility startup that helps coordinate groups of people to charter buses at convenient times and lower prices. The company said in a statement that it will use the funds to expand its business.

The MoFo team was led out of Miami by corporate partner Randy Bullard, co-chair of the firm’s Latin America Desk, and included partner Juan Delgado and associates Julia Danforth and Astrid Menendez.
