Dan Chudd spoke to Law360 for an article covering the policies helping federal contractors get relief during the COVID-19 crisis.
According to Dan, contractors need to be aware that the CARES Act Section 3610 is discretionary, is not in use by all agencies, and implementation isn’t consistent across agencies that are using it. “That makes it difficult for contractors who may have contracts with both DOD and intelligence agencies to know which guidance applies,” he said.
