James Peck spoke to The Deal about the potential for bankruptcy filings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“I believe, at least for the next few months of uncertainty, everyone who can will take a wait-and-see approach,” James said. “It’s unlikely in the next 90 days that anyone would choose to file for Chapter 11, unless their cases are running on fumes, out of gas, deadlines can’t be extended, or they have no choice but to file.”
