Clarence Thomas Captivates with 63 Questions on Supreme Court Livestreams

Joe Palmore spoke to ABC News about the U.S. Supreme Court’s historic livestream of its telephonic oral arguments during the coronavirus pandemic.

“The biggest positive of the sitting was Justice Thomas’ active participation in the arguments,” Joe said. “He is a skilled and substantive questioner, and his colleagues often picked up on his questions to ask follow-ups.”

“Whether the court will continue livestreaming after it returns to the building is a huge and open question,” Joe added.
