Lisa Phelan spoke to Global Competition Review about former Sea Star Line president Frank Peake, who was given the longest antitrust prison sentence in history.

“Justice was done in that prosecution,” said Lisa, one of the prosecutors for the Department of Justice at the time of litigation.
