Judge’s Messages in Municipal Credit Union Mess May Be Made Public

Carrie Cohen was quoted in a Crain’s New York Business article regarding a ruling, made by U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan of the Southern District of New York, denying a motion to suppress evidence she believes was wrongly obtained.

While expressing her dissatisfaction with the ruling, Carrie said, “We will press forward to trial to set the record straight and restore Judge Ash’s good name and reputation.”
