The Global Legal Chronicle featured MoFo in its coverage of Arca’s SEC registration for a closed-end fund that issues only digital securities. MoFo advised Arca in obtaining the registration of the fund – the first fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 to offer its shares as digital securities, called “ArCoin” – with a team led by Kelley Howes and Susan Gault-Brown, assisted by Dylan Naughton and Kristofer Readling.
