Stacey Sprenkel was featured in a Harvard Business Review article discussing how employers can make workplace mental health a priority during the COVID-19 pandemic.

One tip suggests “normalizing and modeling flexibility by highlighting how you’ve changed your own behavior,” adding that Stacey “proactively told her teams that she was working odd hours because of her childcare responsibilities and invited them to share what they needed to work best during the pandemic.”

The article also discusses how Morrison & Foerster’s commitment to workplace mental health training prior to the pandemic “positioned [the firm] well to navigate the uncertainty that has unfolded.”
