Noncompete Agreements Face Scrutiny from Courts Amid Pandemic

Eric Akira Tate spoke to Bloomberg Law for an article discussing how courts are hesitating to enforce noncompete agreements against workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“There is a growing trend where courts are actively considering the potential effects of COVID-19 on an employees’ job prospects,” Eric said.
