MyLife Before California’s Court of Appeal

Mark Zebrowski was featured in Global Legal Chronicle’s coverage of client MyLife’s win in California’s Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, which granted MyLife’s motion to compel arbitration, reversing an earlier decision in the trial court.

The Court of Appeal held that the parties “clearly and unmistakably” agreed that the arbitrator, not the court, is to determine questions of arbitrability.
