CFPB Under Biden Will Likely Get New Director, New Direction

Nancy Thomas spoke to Compliance Week for an article covering how the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is likely to change under a Biden administration.

Biden “will move fairly quickly to appoint a new CFPB director,” perhaps by summer 2021, according to Nancy. “I think he’ll want someone who views the world the way he does.”
