Morrison & Foerster Advises Elvaston on Sale of a Majority Holding in Infoniqa Group to Warburg Pincus

Morrison & Foerster LLP (MoFo) advised Elvaston Capital Management, Berlin, on the sale of their majority holding in Infoniqa Group to a fund managed by Warburg Pincus LLC.
