Larren M. Nashelsky, chair of Morrison & Foerster, spoke to ABA Law Practice for an article looking at how the legal sector can have a more meaningful conversation about race.
“As a law firm, you need to be consistent, you need to be systematic,” said Larren. “You need to unite lawyers, clients, and staff. Complacency is the worst thing that can happen to us as a people and a country. Fighting racial injustice is not a part-time job. And it has to be rooted in your values and your culture.”
