FinTech SoFi Links $8.65B SPAC Deal Driven by 3 Firms

Law360 featured Morrison & Foerster in its coverage of financial technology lender SoFi's agreement to go public by merging with a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) in a deal valued at $8.65 billion.
