Partner David Lynn, who previously served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the SEC Historical Society, continues to serve on the Board of Advisors.
The Board of Advisors is comprised of volunteer leaders who work both individually and as a group to advance the work of the SEC Historical Society. Founded in 1999, the SEC Historical Society is committed to sharing, preserving, and advancing the knowledge and history of financial regulation through its virtual museum and archive, which Morrison & Foerster is proud to support.
