Former Mueller Prosecutor Returns to Private Sector at MoFo

Brandon Van Grack spoke to Law360 about his decision to join Morrison & Foerster after more than a decade at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he served as a lead prosecutor in former special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian election interference.

“I know a number of the Morrison & Foerster attorneys from my work at the DOJ over the last decade and I’ve always been really impressed with their effectiveness and their knowledge,” Brandon said. “Getting the opportunity to work with them was something I ultimately jumped at.”
