Alex Okuliar spoke to the National Law Journal about his return to private practice at Morrison & Foerster, where he will share leadership of the firm’s antitrust group after serving as deputy assistant attorney general for civil enforcement in the U.S. Department of Justice’s antitrust division.
“I’m looking forward to working with MoFo and its very large stable of clients in the telecom and tech space,” Alex said. “I’m also looking forward to working on deals with the perspective of a practitioner and looking forward to moving those deals through the system.”
