A Real Disquiet’: FTC Staff Attorneys Are Job Hunting

Jeff Jaeckel spoke to the National Law Journal about agency lawyers who are seeking out career options outside the Federal Trade Commission.

Law firms are seeing a growth in antitrust business that they haven’t seen in years. Jeff said that MoFo’s antitrust practice is “busier than ever” and that the firm continues to “look for opportunities to add talented lawyers to our team at all levels and in all areas of the practice.”

He added that MoFo has recently added associates in Washington, D.C., and Brussels, and said that there are “more to come over the second half of the summer.”
