(NASDAQ: DSPG) (“DSP Group”), a leading global provider of voice and wireless chipset solutions for converged communications, in connection with its sale to Synaptics Incorporated (NYSE: SYNA) (“Synaptics”), in an all cash deal for $22 per share. Goldman Sachs was financial advisor to DSP Group.
