MoFo Snags 2 For White Collar Defense Practice

Kate Driscoll and Nathan Reilly were featured in Law360’s coverage of their decision to join Morrison & Foerster to bolster the firm’s investigations and white collar defense capabilities and help anchor a new practice group focused on state attorney general matters.

Kate, a former assistant U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Nathan, a former senior litigation counsel in the Eastern District of New York, will join the firm as counsel in its New York office.
