“When clients now ask what I think the prosecution is going to do, I have a good idea of what the priorities will be,” Christine said, referencing her time as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Northern District of California and the Southern District of New York. “That helps the clients think about solutions.”
As co-chair of Morrison & Foerster’s Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White Collar defense groups, Christine regularly counsels clients on sensitive internal and government-facing investigations. “I have many matters – and there are plenty of them you don’t hear about,” she said. “It’s rewarding to help companies and individuals through the difficulties they face.”
