Brandon Van Grack spoke to POLITICO about the U.S. Department of Justice weighing changes to the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) for the first time in decades.
“It is the department for the first time in 30 years signaling it intends to shape FARA,” Brandon said, adding that it’s also “the first time in our lifetime that they intend to shape FARA in a climate when they are enforcing FARA.”
