MoFo To Launch Diversity and Inclusion Programs in 2022

Natalie Kernisant was featured in Law360, discussing several new diversity and inclusion (D+I) initiatives, including MoFo offering up to 50 hours of “billable credit” for a variety of approved activities advancing the firm’s commitment to D+I, launching a global “Allies Network,” and consolidating its existing mentorship and sponsorship programs under the “MoFo Navigate” umbrella.

“Our MoFo Navigate initiative is truly one-of-a-kind in that it encourages collaboration, and leverages insight, across departments, geography, and over the course of an attorney’s career, to create a support system flexible enough to respond to the changing needs of an attorney as they grow and develop,” Natalie said. “MoFo Navigate is also uniquely and specifically designed to promote greater equity and inclusion. In particular, both mentors and mentees will be trained on some of the common root causes of attrition, and how to mentor more effectively across difference.”
