Morrison & Foerster Receives Perfect Score on Human Rights Campaign’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index Report

Morrison & Foerster has received a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index, marking the 19th year the firm has been named one of the best workplaces for LGBTQ+ equality.

Launched in 2002, the HRC Foundation's Corporate Equality Index has become a roadmap and benchmarking tool for U.S. businesses in the evolving field of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer equality in the workplace. The HRC Foundation is committed to keeping the criteria for the CEI rigorous, fair and transparent by identifying emerging best practices that improve the experiences of LGBTQ employees of participating businesses.

The Corporate Equality Index is a roadmap and benchmarking resource for major U.S. businesses in the fluid field of LGTBQ+ equality in the workplace. The Index uses four main criteria points to assess employers: workforce protections, inclusive benefits, supporting an inclusive culture & corporate social responsibility, and responsible citizenship.
