Morgan, SPC Capital Markets and AmeriVet Securities in connection with Sound Point Acquisition Corp I, Ltd’s $258,750,000 initial public offering (IPO) of units, with each unit consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant.
BofA Securities and J.P. Morgan served as the joint book-running managers for the IPO, and SPC Capital Markets and AmeriVet Securities served as co-managers for the IPO.
