MoFo partner Ruomu Li was quoted in a recent article on SPAC listing regime in Hong Kong. Hong Kong has become a popular secondary listing destination for U.S.-listed Chinese companies as many of them now face increasing risks of delisting. According to Ruomu, the wave of delisting from U.S. stock market has been caused by a number of regulatory and market reasons.
