Corporate Prosecution Deals Headed for a Legal Test

Charles Duross, head of the firm’s global anti-corruption practice and a partner in the Securities Litigation, Enforcement and White-Collar Defense Practice Group was quoted regarding a case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit regarding deferred prosecution agreements. “It will be the first decision by a circuit court grappling with this issue and could have lasting impacts on how major corporate matters are resolved,” he said.
